当然，名校是一部分原因，学生的素质高！但我们搞数模的是看数据说话：
washington大学近十年得outstanding情况：
2002年2个参赛队其中1个获outstanding.
2003年2个参赛队其中2个获outstanding.
2004年4个参赛队其中1个获outstanding.
2005年7个参赛队其中1个获outstanding.
2006年4个参赛队其中0个获outstanding.
2007年4个参赛队其中2个获outstanding.
2008年4个参赛队其中0个获outstanding.
2009年4个参赛队其中0个获outstanding.
2010年4个参赛队其中1个获outstanding.

M就更多了，所以，同学，没有读完近20年的outstanding请不要大言不惭。。。
