maple调用顺序错误

F := int(1/((-x^2+1)*(-r*x^2+1))^(1/2), x = 0 .. 1)：
G := subs(r = (u2^2+u3^2)/(u1^2+u3^2), F)：
Q := subs({u1 = 2.2*10^2, u2 = 0}, G)：
plot(Q, u3 = -10 .. 10)
这个程序运行的时候提示Warning, unable to evaluate the function to numeric values in the region; see the plotting command's help page to ensure the calling sequence is correct
是调用顺序上错误，能帮我看看是哪里的调用顺序有问题吗？
