No! The emphasis of the problem contributesto evaluation function and the definition of the input quantity.Let'sunderstand the problem as a function again:Independent Variable: the so-calledcamouflage pattern is the decision variable included in the independentvariable of the function. If you understand is partly as a optimizationproblem, it is the decision variable. When parameters get all the possible value, which camouflagepattern is the best, it is simple and nature to use the mean value of allparameters to compare each pattern and get the best one in the end. As I understand, the evaluation function ofa camouflage pattern to a certain environment is the core of the problem, so itis an evaluation problem. (The evaluation result differs with environment andtit is to say environment is the key parameter of the evaluation function) Ofcourse the design of the pattern is also of significance. It is important todistinguish the parameter and the decision variable of the input of thefunction. In the evaluating function, only the evaluating indices are decisionvariable and all others are parameters.
