对于out of deadline 的解决（请求置顶）

我们队也遭遇了 out of deadline, 但通过努力，已经将它解决，在这里提出我们的解决方案，希望对大家有所帮助。

2.10日晚，通过邮件向comap投诉，（地址） 描述我们的情况并质疑我们受到的不公正待遇。在2.11日早晨，我们已经收到了comap的回信，上面提到他们已经接收我们的论文。

下面是我们的投诉信原文：

Dear staff in COMAP:
I am glad to participant for the 2009 MCM organized by YOU, but I want to complain about the unfair treatment that I meet.

I submit our solution via the email xxxx@163.com on February 9, 2009 at about 7: 30pm EST, before the ending time 8pm EST on Monday February 9, 2009. However, I receive the feedback “xxxx” at . Also, I learn from the internet that a lot of teams, which hand in their solutions at about 7: 30pm EST before the 8pm EST, get the same feedback.
It is my honor to take part in this nice competition in mathematics modeling. Unfortunately, I suppose that several teams like me have got the unfair treatment, since we hand in the solution to MCM at a permitted time.
I suppose there may be some mistakes, and wish that you would check this matter and handle it properly.

我们发了2次，一次没有超过，一次超过了deadline，这要不要紧的啊？？？

收到的正常提交的回复应该是什么样的，超过最后期限的回复又是什么样的？
