美赛数据求助！

  做一道练习题，结果发现数据不知道从哪里找，从美国地质局找的数据太乱，而且只有1995——2010五年的，有些还不能看
想请教高手指导，哪里可以找美国某个地区的用水量的统计数据，急求！    题目如下：
    Pipe Dreams  In recent years Montana and other westernstates have experienced severe drought conditions. Currently large portions ofthe American Southwest are in extreme drought, and some climate models suggestthat these droughts could last decades. As a result, many large cities indrought stricken regions are exploring alternative options for sources of theirwater. Among some of the more popular options for cities are desalination (forcoastal cities), non-potable recycled water (through so-called “purple pipes” systems),and potable recycled water. Billings is the largestcity in Montana, and is one of the state’s largest industrial centers. Inanticipation of worsening drought conditions and continued growth of the city,the City Council has asked your team to develop a water-recycling planappropriate for Billings. In doing so, they have asked you to: • Project the expected waterneeds of the city over the next 30 years; • Compare the costs ofwater treatment under the non-potable versus potable recycling systems(including the building of new facilities and upgrading of existinginfrastructure); • Make a recommendation for how the cityshould proceed over the next 30 years.

差不多啊，Biilinfgs这个地点和实际一点都不符，第一：不缺水，而不干旱，第三：还不是大工业城市。。。。老师出题是故意的还是怎么着:Q
