谁有MATLAB6.5 CFTOOL打开错误？！？

打开CURVE FIT TOOL的时候，出现
Undefined function or variable 'cfit'.

Error in ==> F:\Study Soft\Matlab6p5FULL-Portable\toolbox\curvefit\cftoolgui\cftool.m
On line 156  ==>    temp(2) = cftool.fit('disconnected');

点NEW FIT后出现
Undefined function or variable 'cfit'.

Error in ==> F:\Study Soft\Matlab6p5FULL-Portable\toolbox\curvefit\cftoolgui\cftoolgetudd.m
On line 16  ==>    javaudd=java(eval(uddcmd));

java.lang.NullPointerException
