要想用C++调用lingo需要了lingo的命令行使用方法，C++采用调用外部程序的方法也可以调用lingo。可以看lingo的帮助文档。例如：
Solution Commands in Brief
Top  Previous  Next  
DEBUG
tracks down formulation errors in infeasible and unbounded models

GO
solves the current model

NONZ
generates a nonzeros only solution report

RANGE
generates a range analysis report

SOLU
generates a solution report
