数学建模的题目如下：

Warning System for Artillery Attack

Nov. 23, 2010, North Korea fired dozens of artillery shells at the South Korean island of Yeonpyeong, killing two soldiers and two civilians and setting houses ablaze in the worst attack on its neighbour since 1953.

Yeonpyeong Island is located only 7 miles apart from North Korean coast. Please study the possibility of artillery shells’ attack warning and the location of firing position.

各位有什么想法，大家发表下自己的理解。
