意思就是
赛队成员不允许向指导教师或者除了本团队成员以外的其他人寻求帮助或讨论问题。与除本团队成员以外的人的任何形式的接触都是严格禁止的。这包括通过E-mail联系、电话联系、私人交谈、通过网络聊天联络或是其他的任何问答系统，其他任何的交流方式。

规则上是这样写的，但实际操作上好像都没落实
