present the estimating and obtaining approaches. 5 Q3 F' a8 q g) V T! ?For the purpose of international comparison, Principal Components Analysis is applied to choose 2 G5 ?# K% b' c2 P. athe most important and viable metrics. Life expectancy at birth, prevalence of tuberculosis, 0 f$ g# E Z: @% p+ |! d4 ?; Bimmunization coverage among 1-years-olds and fairness of financial contribution are finally8 z, ~6 J% P( R# N
selected. Then modified Analytical Hierarchy Process is processed to weigh each metric.
