The ability of forcasting tropical cyclone can be developed from the factor of tropical cyclone intensity change. Now the characteristics of tropical cyclone precipitation and routine are much clearer than that of TC intensity change and structure. In this paper some facts have been seen from double TC intensity change. The research of TC in- tensity change is a new important area for us.
