【工作內容】Network analysis of the epigenetic modifications (DNA methylation, chromatin); Transcription factornetwork analysis. All base on using Illumina sequencing data.

【起聘日期】immediatelyavailable, and has the potential of developing into your PhD project in thenext term

【徵才條件】Applicantsare expected to have BSc or Master degree in computer science, mathematics,population genetics, bioinformatics, genomics, physics, or statistics (or other related areas). Theapplicant should be fluent in R and [Perl, Python or C]. Good knowledge in math and statistics is vital.Since part of the lab mainly focuses on generating high-throughput sequencingdata (BS-Seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, small RNA-Seq DNAseI-Seq and HiC), interest inlearning NGS data analysis is important. In addition,interests in machine learning and network modeling would be a great bonus.
