$ W( a( H$ X# Z【机构】 湖北省黄石市疾病预防控制中心； + L- S& a7 s, C. k i. K# p * t9 }4 j6 n9 g: n/ j# c; t【摘要】 目的了解2009—2010年度黄石市食品中铅、镉、汞的含量情况,为控制食品污染提供依据。方法在黄石市城区的农贸市场或超市采集15类共168份样品,测定其中铅、镉、汞的含量。结果该市15类食品重金属合格率较高,铅超标率为3.6%,镉超标率为5.0%,汞超标率为2.5%,与其他城市相比处于相对较低水平。结论尽管黄石市食品中重金属污染水平相对较低,但仍应加大监测力度。 # P) t: }7 l3 z4 l- o
