Mathematica 符号计算能力不如 Maple 吗？
以前对Maple比较熟悉，用Mathematica也有一段时间了，觉得虽然Mathematica很不错，单论符号计算不如Maple的地方很多（比起Matlab还是强得多）.

针对个别计算的话，Mathematica 和 Maple 应该都能能找出对方不如自己的例子。建议题主上 mathematica.stackexchange.com 问估计效果会比较好，因为那里有 Mathematica 各方面的编程高手。我个人平时比较少做这样的代数计算，特别是对性能优化注意的就更少，所以没什么具体建议。专业数学研究者手上用 Maple 和 Mathematica 的都不少，从侧面也说明在符号运算方面两者各有所长。
