There are several phylogenetic tree construction # q3 T. o8 C1 R! X) u
methods that can be used to illustrate the spread of disease
% |! F& K9 x5 ~epidemics. One of the methods used is probability-based

, W1 `9 B3 `' v1 R/ X8 J9 a [spread of the SARS epidemic in the world using the formation of 4 f# g! t/ Y Q8 y0 r1 Q
phylogenetic trees using the maximum likelihood method. The
