应该在光盘的crack的目录里面或者应该可以找到serial的文件，本站的mathcad我测试过，没有问题，可惜没有留备份，谁有注册机给他传一个上来！

谢谢楼上的！我再crack文件中找到readme文件，是以下内容。但没有找到serial文件。用此序列号安装后发现在最后运行时，指向的mathcad和lisence不匹配，无法运行。请指教，谢谢！

1.Install, use SE128Q7UHV0ROR-PRES-ENTS as installation key.7 _# m/ Z; U* c, l 2.after installation, before you try to start mcad12, please2 K8 J: s5 N6 E/ } copy mathcad.exe, efiutlr.dll and mcad12.dat in crack folder 5 W* J9 h+ t* b2 ]6 C7 m# A8 p to mathcad directory. ( N6 `) E( V% |$ \9 w( F3.Run mathcad, when asked for license location, select file! u9 | `& S$ o, B1 }0 Y3 n. F then point to mcad12.dat.

上面的2，3条不是说的很详细吗？

2.安装完后，在运行mcad12之前请您将crack目录中的mathcad.exe, efiutlr.dll ， mcad12.dat三个文件拷贝到安装目录覆盖原文件！

3.运行mathcad，当提示要license文件时，将它指向刚才拷贝的mcad12.dat文件。

你没有实现这两步当然不行了！

我安装的时候没有序列号，都是复制license文件到安装目录覆盖。
