you have find it in his official website and download it.

However, if you have no licence, you are merely allowed to use the student version, which is limited in the scale of the problem.

I am searching for the licence too.

在gams的主页 www.gams.com你就可以下到各个版本啊不过这些试用版对变量数有要求适合于小规模的问题大规模的问题就得买licence了
