不知你现在解决没有~我也遇到过这个问题，我用的也是Maple14，因为在你的安装路径中出现了中文，把你的安装路径中的所有文件夹都改成英文的就可以了~

Kernel Connection Error when starting Maple (Windows)

While using Maple on your Windows system, please try the following three things:

On Windows XP, it is located in C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Application Data\Maple\[version number]

Now search for [Options].In the line directly below [Options], type:

Save the file and see if Maple works. If not, open the Maple.ini file and change the ConnectionType=0 to ConnectionType=1, save the file and try Maple again. If it still doesn't work, set the ConnectionType=1 to ConnectionType=2 and try Maple again. There are only 3 allowable values for ConnectionType.

上面是我从maple的网站找到的方法，但是没能解决我的问题。后来我突然想到可能是杀毒软件的问题。我装的是AVAST，卸载了之后果然正常了。据说诺顿也有这个问题，大家不妨试试。个人经验，仅供参考。而且我觉得大多数都是杀毒软件的问题

这有很多原因：比如系统被损坏、防火墙阻挡等。但我遇到的情况是由于杀毒软件造成的，杀毒软件卸载后就没事了!希望对你有用
