We want to ask something about the paper for 2009 MCM/ICM Contest.

We send our paper at 8:58am on February 10, 2009 (China Standard Time) (7:58pm February 9, 2009 EST). But we received the reply at 11:53pm on February 10, 2009 (China Standard Time) (10:53am February 10, 2009 EST). The reply said that our 2009 contest email has been received after the deadline (9:00am, February 10, 2009) (8:00pm February 9, 2009 EST). As we send our paper befor the deadline, so we want to know why our email is received after the deadline and weather we will be disqualified or not.

Our control number is XXXX.

Hello



If you received a email message saying your contest paper was submitted after the deadline you can disregard that email.

As these emails were sent out premature and your teams papers will be accepted.

Mail your print copies and CDROMS as you would normally.

Sorry for the confusion.



There is no need to email to ask if we received your paper have your advisor log into the website and check to see if your print paper has be received.
