今年的C题有点东西，又是和共享单车有关，有人有什么好的建议和想法分享吗

The key to this problem is to establish a reasonable model to predict people’s traffic behaviors if there is no shared bicycles in a city.
请问，这里的there is no shared bicycles 没有共享单车的人们交通出行吗？
为什么是no 啊

这个是做其他交通工具去代替共享单车出行，我是这样想的，目前做起来有点难
