【摘要】 目的了解2009—2010年度黄石市食品中铅、镉、汞的含量情况,为控制食品污染提供依据。方法在黄石市城区的农贸市场或超市采集15类共168份样品,测定其中铅、镉、汞的含量。结果该市15类食品重金属合格率较高,铅超标率为3.6%,镉超标率为5.0%,汞超标率为2.5%,与其他城市相比处于相对较低水平。结论尽管黄石市食品中重金属污染水平相对较低,但仍应加大监测力度。
【Abstract】 To investigate the contents of lead,cadmium and mercury in food in Huangshi City from 2009-2010,provide the evidences for controlling the pollution in food.A total of 15 kinds of 168 samples were collected from farm produce market and supermarket in Huangshi urban area,and the contents of lead,cadmium and mercury in food samples were detected.The qualified rates of heavy metals in 15 kinds of food were relatively high.The over standard rate of lead,cadmium and mercur... 更多
