【机构】 湖北省黄石市疾病预防控制中心； & M# j! \: {% n4 g5 l9 {9 u/ N % L7 P8 M1 O4 @; a% Z& H5 D) }【摘要】 目的了解2009—2010年度黄石市食品中铅、镉、汞的含量情况,为控制食品污染提供依据。方法在黄石市城区的农贸市场或超市采集15类共168份样品,测定其中铅、镉、汞的含量。结果该市15类食品重金属合格率较高,铅超标率为3.6%,镉超标率为5.0%,汞超标率为2.5%,与其他城市相比处于相对较低水平。结论尽管黄石市食品中重金属污染水平相对较低,但仍应加大监测力度。 & b, ]$ U; w' o1 }) j
