【Abstract】：Intelligence has served the main body of a book
systematically specifically for improving a library further , rates
effects circulating have waited for a problem , has built the AHP
model to estimate that the colleges and universities library orders
system to that raising a book, relation according to the room
affecting a book circulating to lead every factor, the abstract puts
up comparatively appropriate adecker , the quantization determining
the nature between them is concerned having assumed comparison
approaching reality handles and. The treating thinking process has
been carried out arranges , appraise method having brought forward
a set of systems analysis's, it is dependent on people's experience
per se though being (1) estimate that the scheme superior or inferior
has provided more cogent basis, but the AHP model has had certain
limitation per se , subjective factor effect is bigger; (2) parallel
deterministic process is comparatively rough , calculates one kind
of partly quantitative analysis method at most. High-accuracy
analysis method remains to be discussed in going a step further
studying.
Question one: By AHP model for evaluating system 65.611 scores.
Comprehensive evaluation to improve the library booking system books
circulation rate is obvious effect.
Question two:Find the book reservation of low success rate for
these factors, and put forward corresponding solutions, and finally
establish a "book", improve the book reservation flow management
system of appointment. According to the first phase of the study
additionally, reduce the incidence of detentions books solution.
