With the rapid development of the IT technology, updating is indispensable so we perfected our model for risk anticipation and develop a simple criterion to determine when and how to update.
Our model is fairly generalized. An organization can attain an optimal scheme by merely initialize several parameters: opportunity cost and risk category contribution. From the stability analysis we find that the error in estimating places little impact on the result, which makes our model more practical.
