工作职责：
1.负责数据收集和整理，对各类数据进行抽取、转换、装载、清洗等工作； 2.负责数据的建模和评估，使用数据挖掘各类算法构建相关的业务模型；
3.负责数据分析，利用相关理论对数据进行深层次的分析和挖掘，为各运营提供数据支持；编写用于决策支持的商业数据分析报告；
4.负责数据的挖掘领域的分析研究，包括挖掘算法，以及特定项目的模型的需求分析、建模和模拟；
任职要求：
1.具有数据挖掘项目的开发经验，独立完成建模、调试、优化和部署的能力者优先；
2.具有良好的逻辑思维能力，能够从海量数据中发现有价值的规律；
3.具有良好的编程能力，JAVA或C 中至少掌握一种；
4.熟悉Oracle、MySQL等数据库操作，能熟练编写复杂SQL，熟悉PL/SQL编程；
5.精通数据挖掘项目的流程及思路，精通常用的数据挖掘算法和模型，具有一定改进算法的能力
6.熟悉应用统计分析类软件，如：SPSS，SAS
7.大学本科及硕士以上学历，两年以上相关领域从业经验，计算机、数学及统计相关专业优先
