Papers will be accepted with Regular Papers and Short Paperswith maximal 8 pages and 4 pages in the final version respectively. 3 `* |# z, m( y 9 U; R* t) s- oPublications % {$ Y" l, `. S# V% C, vAll accepted and presented papers, including theworkshops’ papers, will be published by IEEE Computer Society's ConferencePublishing Services (CPS) and are included in the IEEE Xplore database. Theywill be further arranged for indexing through IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), andThomson ISI.
