Self-intruduction

Good morning , my honorable teachers. I appreciate it very much to have the lucky chance for today ’ s interview. M y name is xx coming from xx in the west of Hunan- a young city dragged by railway. I like study since I ’ m a little child, and I have a special interest in biology, which is the primary reason that I choose biological engineering as my major in my college. After entering the college, I at ach great importance to my cultivation of comprehensive competence by actively taking part in various activities both on my own major and on other majors. During my college life, I was awarded the Nation a l Subsidy for Poor but Excellent College Students for three times;and successfully passed the CET6 and the Nation a l Test for the Second Lever of Computer. Besides, I was once the head of the Monitor Department of Students ’ Union and monitor of our own class. I also made full use of the spare time in vacation to do some part-time jobs, such as promoting magazines and acting for enrolling students and etc. These experiences help me to learn some valuable knowledge that cannot be obtained in college. I spend most of my spare time in reading some profession a l bibliography and in making experiments. T hanks to the teachers ’ patient guide and my continuous experiments , my graduate thesis “ xxx ” has been completed and fortunately stored by the Association of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2007 ’ s Academy Annual Paper Collection. I like making friends very much, and I was once one of the leaders in charge of English Corner in my college. I like this activity, because I can make many friends there, including some foreign friends, like Harold, a foreign teacher from Australia.H e is very humorous and every time he talks, he can make the people around him laugh. By the way, I ’ d like to mention my class to you. During the four-year college life, the students in my class get along well with each other and help each other for progress.There are 60 students in all,among which 44 students have passed CET4, and 20 students have passed CET6. And 39 students have reached the initial score line in this examination for master degree.I believe that God bless the industrious and sincerely hope I can be given the lucky chance to pursue further study in the beautiful xx University.
