<br /><br />Job Description:
1.基于业务需求设计应用分析模型（建模）、开发算法
Design and model the arithmetic system based on the demand of business
2. 数据观测，优化算法，及时发现存在问题与机会
Responsible for Data mining and observation over the running business for finding problem, discovering opportunity and optimizing arithmetic model
3. 利用数据论证、预测业务趋势与新产品投放效果
Forecast the business trend and prove ROI of product launch based on regression analysis
4.基于数据表现，全程分析市场推广投放效果
Measure the effect and ROI of campaign by observing ads release over the whole process

专业知识和技能要求：
Professional knowledge and skill requirement:
1.统计学、应用数据或计算机相关专业
Bachelor degrees of statistics\applied mathematics or computer related major study
2.具有深厚的统计学、数据、数据挖掘知识。精通数据挖掘算法（聚类分析，决策树，神经网络等）；
Knowledgeable in the field of statistics\data mining, proficient in arithmetic model (cluster analysis\ decision tree\neural net etc.)
3.熟悉Oracle、Mysql等数据库，精通SQL；熟悉SAS/SPSS/Weka/R/IBM IM/Mathout等数据挖掘工具
Professional in the application of data-base as oracle and MYSQL and analytical software as SAS/SPSS/
4.3年以上数据仓库和数据挖掘应用开发经验；
At least two-years working experience in data warehouse and data mining
5.具有用户行为分析项目经验者优先；
Experience of project in analyzing consumer behavior is preferred.
