[Job Description of Data Analyst at Glamour Sales]
    Glamour Sales: A fast growing entrepreneur e-commerce company experiencing
great development in China. Of western and luxury lineage, Glamour Sales pion
eers flash sales online platform in China introducing trendy international bra
nds at up to 70% off retail. We work directly with brands like Diesel, Juicy C
outure, Fendi, Nine West, Tom Ford, YSL, etc. and cover several product lines
including cosmetics, fashion, watch and jewelry as well as home.
    Analytics is about Think comprehensive, Do systematic, Present concise. It
is a good entry to the e-commerce industry, usually the fastest way to unders
tand business ecosystem and processes. This role exposes you to different fiel
ds: Internet Marketing, Web Operation, Merchandising and even IT. How fast you
will grow – you can imagine!
[Responsibilities]
     -  Work with Analytics and Insights Manager to provide analytical support
to General Management and different operation departments especially Merchand
ising and Marketing.
    - Measure business performance in sales, web, marketing acquisition and pr
omotion by reporting and understand key drivers.
    - Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company’s business intelligenc
e system to meet reporting needs from different departments.
    - Conduct special study for actionable insights to optimize customer onlin
e experience and marketing campaigns.
[Qualifications]
     -        Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, statistics, natural science
or engineering
     -        Strong business acumen and aptitude for analytics
     -        Mind of synthesis and logic, attention to details
     -        Excellent in written and spoken English
     -        Proficient in Excel (PivotTable and common functions)
     -        Access, SPSS and basic SQL knowledge is a plus
