从海量数据发现归纳规律，挖掘用户行为特征，为产品优化、新功能开发提供支持。
岗位职责：
· 从海量数据发现归纳规律，挖掘用户行为特征，构建个性化推荐引擎
· 参与数据仓库系统平台、ETL流程设计、优化
· 通过数据研究支持产品底层算法预演和算法实施方案
· 深入理解产品方向和战略，通过数据分析为产品优化、新功能开发提供支持
岗位要求
· 两年以上数据分析和数据挖掘相关工作经验
· 数学、统计、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历
· 深刻理解并熟练掌握统计学、数据挖掘的算法和技术
· 精通SPSS Clementine/SAS EM等数据挖掘平台，熟悉hive，精通SQL
· 具有丰富的海量数据掘项目实施经验，能独立完成挖掘项目的规划和实施
· 具有良好业务敏感性和数据敏感性
· 有互联网及个性化推荐项目经验，熟悉Hadoop优先考虑
