9 }  i0 H7 J) N# f  o2014年第二届高新技术与计算机国际会议（ICATC 2014）作为第六届未来咨询科技国际会议（ICTS 2014:http://www.ftrai.org/itcs2014 ）的一个分会将于将于2014年10月16-18日在台湾台北召开。会议旨在促进高新技术、计算机科学等领域的学术交流与合作，热忱欢迎从事相关技术研究的专家、学者和专业技术人员踊跃投稿并积极参加大会。ICACT-2014所有被录用的论文将包含在电气工程（LNEE）系列论文集里，此系列论文集由德国斯普林格（Springer）出版社出版。该刊物上的论文全部被EI和Scopus检索。
