<br /><br />Responsibilities:
?        SAP Master Data governance
1.        Responsible for Retail Fulfillment product master data management in SAP, including but not limited to, SKU BOM, Direct Material and Indirect Material data maintenance and verification
2.        Works with US data governance team to align on master data setting rules, processes, providing proposals/inputs from manufacturing perspective
3.        Receives requests of data maintenance per agreed scope from other departments and setup in SAP
4.        Identify opportunities of process improvement for master data management, lead internal stakeholders to execute flawlessly per agreed processes.
?        Cost analysis
1.        Responsible for Monthly cost analysis and/or on as-needed base for Retail Fulfillment, verifying cost data from FIN and with internal teams
2.        Gain insights to cost changes and identify the root causes by verifying with relevant stakeholders
3.        Prepare cost analysis report to management per agreed timeline
Competency/Quality Requirement:
?        Bachelor degree or equivalent is required
?        Good command in oral and written English and Proficiency in MS offices
?        Preferably with SAP data maintenance
?        Semiconductor industry background is a plus
?        Willingness to take on new challenges and think with flexibility
?        Customer focus and teamwork.
?         Self-motivation
