. [9 o" c7 K/ f* d. t【摘要】 目的了解2009—2010年度黄石市食品中铅、镉、汞的含量情况,为控制食品污染提供依据。方法在黄石市城区的农贸市场或超市采集15类共168份样品,测定其中铅、镉、汞的含量。结果该市15类食品重金属合格率较高,铅超标率为3.6%,镉超标率为5.0%,汞超标率为2.5%,与其他城市相比处于相对较低水平。结论尽管黄石市食品中重金属污染水平相对较低,但仍应加大监测力度。 ' Y' p: w+ h) j" {' M& L0 N# z5 C2 ]; Q% M$ e
