JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the design and development or modification of fairly complex computer, telecommunication, and/or numerical control systems for business, scientific and/or manufacturing applications through analysis and identification of user’s needs. Work involves a considerable amount of creativity, perception and a wide latitude for independent actions including significant independent judgment.

-Solid understanding of GIS theory and techniques

-Solid understanding of Point of Interest (POI) business listings data structure.

-Solid understanding of Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) data structure.

-3-5 years experience with GIS software packages:

ArcGIS, ArcEngine, ArcObjects
Development and Scripting languages for ArcGIS (VBA, Python and others)

-Strong understanding of relational databases

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
