Position Description
　　针对全球数据供应商的数据进行评估与分析，深刻理解主流的数据供应商的数据模型，能拟订数据转换规则和控制数据转换流程，优化公司数据模型，并建立行之有效的数据发布和质量控制流程。并能够作为数据专家在数据应用或获取新数据源等问题上提供专业的见解。 　　This position requires you to evaluate and analyze data from global vendors, design data mapping logic, control data compilation process, as well as optimize the data model. You will also act as a consultant to our engineers and product managers on data related issues, and research on new data sources.
职责和义务
Duties and Responsibilities
1. 分析不同数据供应商的数据内容，判断其数据结构定义的优、劣势；
2. 持续优化公司的地图数据模型；
3. 深刻理解导航产品的不同模块需求,正确高效使用数据；
4. 运用方法指导团队进行地图数据模型的升级
1. Analyze different data sets in order to distinguish the strengths and weaknesses of the data architecture.
2. Optimize the internal data model in a continuous manner.
3. Grasp the requirements of different modules in a navigation product; use the data correctly and effectively.
4. Provide guidance to the team the map data model upgrade.
职务要求:
Qualifications
1. 至少计算机或GIS相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 至少从事导航或电子地图相关工作6年；
3. 熟悉GDF或KIWI等导航数据标准；掌握主流数据规格（例如：Navteq、NAV2、Tele Atlas等）；
4. 具备良好的英语读写和口语能力
5. 具有很强的沟通和团队合作能力
6. 能熟练运用ARCGIS相关工具或者熟悉数据库相关工具（例如:TOAD，PL-SQL，SQLYog等）；
7. 聪明好学、积极主动、学习能力强，团队意识强，能承受紧张的项目压力；
8. 根据项目需要，能短期赴美出差。
1. A Bachelor’s Degree or above in GIS or Computer Science/Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience working in the navigation or online maps industry.
3. Familiar with the GDF or KIWI navigation standards. Understand the mainstream navigation data format; i.e. NAVTEQ, NAV2, and Tele Atlas.
4. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
5. Strong communication skill and team work capability
6. Experienced in using ArcGIS and other related GIS tools, or familiar with database tools such as TOAD, PL-SQL and SQLYog.
7. Candidates should be intellectual, active, and have a strong desire to learn. They should also have great sense of teamwork, and can withstand the pressure of projects that have very tight schedules.
8. Able to make short trips to the US Headquarter per the project request.
