O' C: }, X. q6 g% _. `不能按时发送论文电子邮件的参赛队将取消参赛资格。同时提交的纸质论文和CD拷贝不能在发送的电子论文上有任何修改，否则也将取消参赛资格。美国数学建模组委会的全文通知如下： & k8 ^- r6 `* Z6 B: f+ z      IMPORTANT CHANGE TO CONTEST RULES FOR MCM/ICM 2009: 4 ^+ k9 Y5 T1 |% f   }5 C+ k3 V9 a" STeams are now required to submit an electronic copy of their solution paper by email to solutions@comap.com. Your email MUST be received at COMAP by the submission deadline of 8:00 PM EST, February 9, 2009. 4 l; U% B7 v$ R9 ^, s5 u . i7 ?$ u0 @" V1 R6 ]4 P3 g& s) W( i ' E5 E, C& _5 S, Q! bTeams that fail to submit a solution via email by 8PM Eastern Time on the 9th of February will constitute a violation of the contest rules and will result in disqualification. ; e1 X& F4 ^+ u: m# i& }& h* A 7 w/ N- O" z2 h) v( B( P$ pNo further modifications, enhancements, additions, or improvements may be made to the team's solution paper after this submission. Each team's electronic submission will be cross-checked for consistency with their paper submission.
